Recently, "2021 Beijing Hot Spots Recommended List" was officially released in Jixiang grand theater, HES Group`s smart cultural tourism project— Serendipity Night Dream Tour in Beijing World Flower Wonderland Park, and smart lighting project —— Beijing Phoenix Center have gained extensive attention and consistent affirmation from citizens, tourists and industry experts , both the two projects had entered into the list, respectively classified into "night economy" and "cultural landscape" hot spots.
The Beijing Hot Spots Recommended List involves 10 themes such as natural landscape, cultural landscape, culture and art, and block park, basically covering all the business forms of the existing Hot Spots in Beijing.Succeed from 2020 when Beijing first launched 100 hot spots , Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism again guided 2021 Beijing Hot Spots Recommended List`s selection, the newly added categories: "night economy", " technological innovation and digital economy", "new consumption scene", as to conform to the new form and trend of current culture and tourism consumption.

Serendipity Night Dream Tour in Beijing World Flower Wonderland Park
The immersive Serendipity Night Dream Tour was opened grandly on July 22,2021,which was a digital&magic light and shadow show co-created by HES Group and Beijing World Flower Wonderland Park.Its success also opened overall view —— full-region —— night full-time tour mode. The project divides 41.8 hectares area of super immersive light and shadow space into three series: "Flower domain", "Star domain" and "Spirit domain", with a total of 16 light and shadow experience areas.In this "light of flower sea", visitors can experience the "magic star rotation tunnel", see "super moon" slowly rising from the lake and the smart Jade Rabbit flickering in the light and shadow.
In terms of project building, HES Group powered World Flower Wonderland Park`s culture and tourism industry with solid professional strength and forward-looking design concept. The project used digital technologies, such as 3D MAPPING, naked eye 3D, intelligent interaction, structured optical vision, and domestic leading high-tech means such as sound, optical, electrical and digital sensing devices to realize the interacting immersive night tour experience. HES Group actively explored the traditional culture and festival cultural innovation, and had successfully launched Serendipity dream- the most beautiful hotspot on Chinese Valentine's Day", "Serendipity dream and night-tour market" Mid-Autumn festival special activities, National Day special activities. All presented a considerable tour feast for the capital citizens and tourists , led the new development of Beijing`s tourism industry and night economy .
With a good market reputation, once HES Group`s Serendipity Dream Night Tour launched, it had triggered a strong market response and continuous attention. The People`s Government of Beijing Municipality , BTV, Beijing Daily, Fengtai District Media Center, Chinese Assotiation of Parks and many other medias and associations had covered special reports on the project. Tourists who visited the project at site were even more enthusiastic. As one of HES Group`s classic smart lighting projects, Beijing Phoenix Center also entered the 2021 Beijing Hot Spots Recommended List at the same time with Serendipity Dream Night Tour. With Beijing Phoenix Center `s unique creative modeling connotation and art ornamental value, it had successfully entered into"cultural landscape" category in the list. At the press conference of Beijing Cultural Tourism Experience Base held on December 2,2021, Beijing Phoenix Center was also successfully selected into the list of Beijing Cultural tourism experience Base (multi-cultural space experience base category). The dual-certification represents that Beijing Phoenix Center`s outstanding design concept and display effects had been widely recognized and praised by the industry.
Beijing Phoenix Center is located in the central business district of the east of Beijing and in the southwest corner of Chaoyang Park, with a total construction area of 65,000 square meters. It is the latest media headquarters of Phoenix Satellite Television and one of the landmark buildings in Beijing.In the architectural design of the project, the ecological functional shell is used to wrap the independently space, reflecting the concept of "building in the building". In addition, the architectural creative concept of Beijing Phoenix Center comes from the classical three-dimensional geometric model "Mobius Ring". The endless circular loop shape and streamlined lines can be seen as a phoenix`s flying ,which demonstrates the beauty of affinity and open of Phoenix Center.
In the building process of the lighting system, HES Group used the special glass material —— light guide glass, which makes the facade of the building perfectly conducting the light at night, ensures the visual transparency to the greatest extent, and realizes a win-win lighting solution.The 8 layers of luminous louvers are made of 3.5m high glass layers, which plays a role in modifying the building during the day and a skillful carrier of light at night, thus presenting a bright effect like diamonds, making the "Phoenix" very exquisite, as if a phoenix is soaring for heavens.
The "light guide glass technology" used by HES Group in the project has got patent authorization from China. The innovative application of this technology has attracted many experts and scholars to study, and all experts had praised the project`s technical level and night lighting effect.It is with HES Group`s ingenious design and exquisite implementation of the project, Beijing Phoenix Center has been awarded "Top 100 Global Semiconductor Lighting Demonstration Projects", "First Prize of China Lighting Award" and many other awards both at home and abroad.
Beijing Hot Spots Recommended List is a remarkable result connecting the government guidance and public participation.In 2019, the Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Further Stimulate the Potential of Culture and Tourism Consumption proposed for the first time to build a national night cultural and tourism consumption cluster area.In 2021, the "14th Five-Year Plan for Culture and Tourism Development" clearly proposed to vigorously develop the night economy and promote the construction of national night culture and tourism consumption cluster area.
